How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to your Profile → Subscription settings in the app. For iOS users, manage subscriptions through the App Store.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@catchupedu.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at support@catchupedu.com with details about the issue, including your device type and screenshots if possible.
